Tuning Fork Therapy is a holistic healing using sound waves that balance the body's energy. The turning forks are placed on the chakra(s) and specific points of the body (where needed). The vibrations/sound waves help promote healing and restore balance and harmony to the Chakras, muscles, nervous system, and organs in the body. Tuning forks are known for calming the nervous system and aligning the mind and body.
